Industrial spray painting

Our team of spray painting professionals have a combined 100+ years of experience. That experience & dedication to their craft helps provide a superior quality finish. We are able to adhere to the most stringent specifications regarding coating thickness, gloss ranges & Class A requirements. We utilize the latest technology in spray equipment including pressure-controlled spray booths & filtering systems which ensure an even air flow for a consistent finish. Our spray equipment includes the latest models of Develbiss HVLP spray guns. A conveyorized system and batch booths are utilized to process a large variety of product from small, highly cosmetic parts to large production runs.

An enclosed Class A Spray booth with filtered air flow is used for all parts which need special attention to a contamination free finish.

We apply specialty coatings such as Aeroglaze Z306 Optical Coating & EMI Shielding.
Aeroglaze Z306 is a light absorbing coating designed for application or substrates used in aerospace operations, Z306 cures to a Flat Black Finish. EMI Coatings are designed to contain, shield or control an electric field in a plastic electronic enclosure. EMI Shielding comes in a variety of coating to meet your specific needs.

Benefits of Liquid Spray Painting:

Versatility – Variety - Better Cosmetic Controls - Economic Color Selection

Versatility - Liquid Coating can be applied to a variety of substrates including Steel, Aluminum, Plated Metals, Plastic, Wood. Liquid Coating can be airdried as opposed to Powder Coating so the dimensional integrity of your product will not be sacrificed.

A large selection of coating types are available including Polyurethanes, Epoxies & Waterborne systems ensuring that all functional requirements of the coating are met from weather resistance to a highly cosmetic finish.

Variety – A large variety of custom colors can be mixed in a much shorter period of time than Powder.

Cosmetic Controls - Coatings can be applied as either smooth or textured finishes. If so specified, stud heads, rivets & spot welds can be filled prior to any final finishes for a smooth Class A finish.
